Attest Digital is a tool firms use to send documents for electronic signature.

A signing link is unique to you. Do not forward it. Opening the link and submitting a signature means you intend to sign that document.

The sending firm is responsible for the document and for who they ask to sign. Attest keeps a record of the signing — who signed, when (Pacific/Auckland), and which file.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
