Attest Digital sends documents for a firm. When you open a signing link, we know which document it is for and which person that link was made for.

We keep the signed file, a certificate of who signed and when, and an audit log of the signing. The firm and the people who signed can use this to show what happened.

You do not need an Attest account to sign. People at the sending firm have accounts so they can send and manage documents.

We do not sell this information. If you have questions, contact the firm that sent you the document.
